Licence conditions (17)

The Licensee shall ensure that all staff will undertake training in their responsibilities in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regard to underage persons and the importance of age verification upon point of sale and again at point of delivery.
Proof of Age Policy and all staff are trained in this, the sale of alcohol and "Challenge 25."
No customers will be permitted to consume alcohol which has been purchased on the premises.
Zero tolerance policy to drugs, the use of violence and verbal abuse. Any person found in breach of any of the above will be evicted from the premises and if necessary, the police informed.
Customers will be required to complete an age verification check for all online and telephone sales.
Delivery drivers will be instructed to undertake age verification again at the point of delivery.
It is K Bar's policy that any adults bringing children onto the premises with them for any reason must accompany them at all times.
The Licensee will take all reasonable steps to prevent any occurrence of public nuisance.
An incident book and refusal log will be maintained and kept on the premises at all times.
A separate "Delivery" incident and refusal log will be maintained and kept within the delivery van during deliveries and on the premises at all other times.
Both incident book and refusal logs will be available to the police and local authority.
K Bar is open to the public by appointment only. No member of the public will be able to "drop in" on the off chance of purchasing alcohol and alcohol will only be available for collection at the premises after an order has been placed either online or over the phone and the collection will be at a set time.
K Bar has it's own Health and Safety Poliicies, risk assessments (including a separate COVID-19 risk assessment), is registered with Environmental Health and has trained first aiders.
K Bar has clear social distancing markings and signs around the premises alongside masks, gloves and hand sanitiser available at point of entry.
Staff will be on site at all times orders are being collected to oversee the process and ensure public safety.
As the premises are located on an industrial estate there is no immediate residential properties however staff will patrol the site at all times customers are collecting orders to ensure public safety and ensure there is no unnecessary noise.
Staff will also make sure no customers consume alcohol in the immediate vicinity surrounding the premises.
