Licence conditions (47)
  1. The premises shall be secured with an intruder alarm when closed which shall be centrally monitored.
  2. Drinks purchased shall not be permitted to leave the premises past the premises boundaries (eg. They shall be permitted to be taken onto the external areas belonging to the premises in suitable receptacles)
  3. The DPS and premises licence holder shall monitor the external premises area in relation to any anti-social behaviour or public nuisance.
  4. The premises shall only accept trade deliveries or rubbish collections during normal working hours and be dealt with in a prompt and timely manner.
  5. The DPS shall monitor the exterior of the premises to ensure litter is kept to a minimum.
  6. Staff supplying alcohol shall only accept valid forms of identification such as photo driving licence, passport and home office approved ID cards displaying the national proof of age standard scheme (PASS hologram).
  7. Children on the premises must be supervised/ accompanied by a responsible adult.
  8. If this is a sporting event such as a junior football match, it shall be the responsibility of the team organiser to ensure a suitable ratio of responsible adults to children.
  9. Staff shall be trained in the challenge 25 policy.
  10. Challenge 25 material shall be clearly displayed within the premises.
  11. To provide a Child welfare officer on site for children and family orientated events.
  12. All staff have knowledge of safe- guarding children and vulnerable people.
  13. To also provide details of events that may include music and entertainment outside
  14. To ensure we notify the local authorities of large or planned events and take place with notice.
  15. The Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts shall be complied with and monitoring shall be undertaken by a competent person in Acoustics and Noise Control. The results shall be provided to Environmental Health no later than a week after the event. The total number of musical entertainment events a year shall be to restricted to 4".
  16. The 4 Events that will take place on the field will have a maximum attendance of 1500
  17. When events which involve licensable activity take place on the playing field and are to be attended by 500 people or more, an event planner who is experienced in licensed events, shall be responsible for the Event Management Plan and shall be present for the operational phase of the event.
  18. Large events to have briefed stewards and Licensed SIA staff on site before, during and after the general public attend the premises.
  19. When events which involve licensable activity take place on the playing field and are to be attended by 500 people or more, there shall be a minimum of 5 SIA door supervisors on duty.
  20. There shall be a further 1 SIA door supervisor for every 100 attendees, unless the event planner records in the Event Management Plan's risk assessment (with rationale) an alternative number of additional SIA.
  21. When events which involve licensable activity take place on the playing field and are to be attended by 500 people or more, a personal licence holder shall be on duty until customers have dispersed.
  22. To have at least one personal license holder on site at all times. There are currently 5 personal license holders.
  23. The Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the responsible authorities no less than two months prior to the event and any changes requested be made prior to the event.
  24. When events which involve licensable activity take place on the playing field, only plastic or polycarbonate vessels, (bottles and drink glasses etc) will be permitted onto the playing field.
  25. When events which involve licensable activity take place on the playing field and are to be attended by 500 people or more, there shall be no admittance or re admittance into the club house after 2300hrs to access licensable activities.
  26. Where any crime and disorder takes place or where there is a possibility of crime and disorder it is reported accordingly 999/101.
  27. Ensure there is a first aid trained member of staff on the premises as much as possible.
  28. Provide local neighbours of our intent of events that are planned where large amounts of people may attend.: -
  29. Promote the events on Social Media, to the local community.
  30. Committee members will door knock, to advise and promote, on the local roads adjacent and surrounding John Fisher.
  31. Provide the public with local public transport information to help reduce the attendance of vehicles at the Premises for Events.

  33. CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. The CCTV shall cover internal public areas and external doorways, smoking area, beer garden and external areas at the front of the premises. The CCTV shall provide clear images of evidential quality and shall capture images of people entering and exiting the premises. The premises licence holder must ensure that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority within 24 hours.
  34. CCTV footage must be retained for minimum of 31 days.
  35. A personal licence holder shall be present on the premises, when a booked event is held at the premises.
  36. Staff training shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 6 months. Training delivered to staff shall be recorded. Training shall cover: b) The requirements for ID as part of age verification. c) Dealing with an intoxicated person d) Dealing with disorderly incidents/disorderly persons e) Dealing with drug related activity on a licensed premises f) Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol g) Recording of incidents h) Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives
  37. All training records shall be available to an authorised officer on request.
  38. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and shall record the following: a) All crimes reported at the venue b) All ejections of patrons c) Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder d) All drugs seized or found e) Any incidents of disorder f) Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy g) Persons banned from the premises
  39. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS. It shall be made available to Responsible Authorities on request.
  40. The Premises Licence Holder shall adopt a 'Challenge 25' policy on the premises.
  41. Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position on the premises requesting that customers leave quietly and respect the neighbourhood.
  42. External amplified music shall stop at 21:00, external background music shall stop at 22:00.
  43. All windows and doors shall be kept closed apart from entering and exiting premises from 23:00
  44. A tamper proof noise limiter shall be in place from 23:00, limits to be set and agreed between the licence holder and an environmental health officer. th Magistrates Court 28 March 2022
  45. The venue shall conduct a risk assessment for very booked event to determine the requirement of SIA door supervision, to promote the licensing objectives.
  46. Notwithstanding this requirement, any event specifically for patrons aged 18-25 where live or recorded music is played requires a minimum of 2 SIA door staff. If there are more than 150 attendees, the minimum number shall be 3 door staff and thereafter one additional member of door staff for each 75 additional attendees.
  47. Mark Courtney shall be removed as the Designated Premises Supervisor forthwith;
