Licence conditions (12)

The License holder, shall ensure that all times when the premises are for any licensable activity, there are sufficient competent staff on duty at the premises for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
The Licensee shall ensure that all staff will undertake training on the licensing objectives as well as their responsibilities in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regard to drunkenness and underage persons. Records will be kept of training and refresher training, and these will be made available to the Police or officer of a relevant authority upon request. Prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
We will adopt a no tolerance policy to keep our staff and our customers safe.
Any incidences of crime or disorder will be reported to the police.
The Licence Holder shall ensure that a log of all incidents and any instances where the sale of alcohol to a customer is refused. These logs are to be kept in a designated area along with the staff training manuals. These logs will be made available to the Police or officer of a relevant authority upon request. Public safety
Tricky Jays Ltd shall comply with any relevant Health and Safety legislation in respect of the operation of the premises.
Appropriate fire safety procedures will be in place including fire extinguishers (foam, H20 and CO2), fire blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All appliances will be inspected annually. All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times. Prevention of public nuisance
No noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises that gives rise to a nuisance at nearby noise sensitive receptor locations.
Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that any patrons drinking and/or smoking outside the premises do so in an orderly manner and are supervised by staff so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction of the public highway. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
