At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the licence the CCTV cameras serving the premises shall: ? be maintained fully operational and in good working order; ? make and retain clear images of the exterior and interior of the premises, including points of sale of alcohol and the facial images of the purchasers of alcohol; and ? show an accurate date of when the images were made.
All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
The premises shall operate in accordance with "Challenge 25" and all customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises sales counter area.
The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the: ? "PASS" hologram logo; ? a passport; or ? a British issued photo driving licence.
A book, or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded, together with any other alcohol related incidents. This "challenge book", or other form of record, must be made available for inspection by any Police Officer, Community Support Officer or authorised Council Officer on demand.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail of alcohol shall, at induction and at least every six months thereafter, receive training on the prevention of responsible retail of alcohol. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to any Police Officer, Community Support Officer or authorised Council Officer.
Signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position, both inside and outside of the premises, warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under the age of eighteen.
Signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the exterior of the premises advising that "Only two unaccompanied children shall be permitted on the premises at any one time".
The following alcoholic beverages shall not be available for self service and shall be kept behind a staffed counter at all times: ? mixed alcoholic beverages under 10% a.b. v. ? beers or cider over 5.5% a.b.v. ? alcoholic beverages over 20% a.b.v in containers holding a lesser quantity than 700ml.
All containers of alcohol sold shall be marked with a label identifying the premises and accompanied by a receipt showing the name & address of the premises.
No sale of alcohol shall be made unless the Designated Premises Supervisor or a Personal Licence holder is present on the premises.
A clear window policy, other than the display of notice required by law, shall be maintained at the premises.
A contact telephone number shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the exterior of the premises.
No deliveries to or removals from the premises shall take place between the hours of 20:00 hours and 09:00 hours the following day.
