  1. By a Consent order dated 7 June 2018 made between Hasan Demirkol (Appellant) -vs- Havant Borough Council (Respondent) the appeal against revocation was allowed on the terms and conditions set out below:
  2. By amending the existing non-mandatory conditions as follows:
  3. Two employees shall be on the premises at all times the premises are trading.
  4. The premises shall have two working fire extinguishers and a fire blanket around the food preparation and cooking area.
  5. The premises will not serve any customers who are drunk or causing a nuisance.
  6. Any children that enter the premises shall be restricted from entering any area that is used for cooking and preparing food.
  7. by adding new conditions as follows: a) All employees ( casual or otherwise) must produce documents which satisfy Home Office guidance in respect of prospective employees prior to commencing their employment at the premises. The employee record must include a photograph of the employee. b) All employee records must be kept for a minimum of 12 months following the final day of working at the premises and the employee records must be kept at the premises at all times and made available to an officer from a responsible authority or the UKBA upon request. c) Persons under 18 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 20:00 unless accompanied by a responsible adult. d) The premises shall have a code of conduct in relation to food deliveries in order to promote good safeguarding. e) Staff shall be trained to recognise indicators of child sexual exploitation and be made aware how to report concerns.
