Licence conditions (22)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure that the premises is managed in accordance with Club Rules. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that a burglar alarm system at the premises is kept in good working order.
The Licensee will adopt a proof of age scheme.
The Licensee will adopt a refusal register.
The Licensee will ensure that excessive ordering of alcohol is not allowed when last orders have been called.
The Licensee will not adopt any drink promotions activities that undermine a policy of responsible drinking.
The Licensee will ensure that training is provided to all appropriate staff on licensing law.
The Licensee will ensure that non-alcoholic drinks or beverages are available at all times on the premises. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste disposal containers are available for use and are emptied regularly.
The Licensee will ensure that a fire alarm system at the premises is kept in good working order.
The Licensee will comply with reasonable recommendations made by the Fire & Rescue Service and insurers. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
The Licensee will ensure that the premises are patrolled by members of staff on a regular basis both internally and externally and to take the appropriate action to ensure that the volume of any description of musical entertainment is controlled so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbouring residential properties.
The Licensee shall ensure that all regulated entertainment is provided indoors only.
After 23:00 hours all doors to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed when there are performances of live music and dance indoors and when recorded music from disco and karaoke is being played indoors.
The Licensee will provide and maintain signage on the premises requesting that patrons leave the area quietly.
The Licensee will ensure that late night refreshment shall only be provided indoors. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that the Code of Practice laid down by the Rugby Football Union in respect of its duty to protect minors is implemented.
The Licensee will ensure that anyone appearing to be under 18 is asked for suitable ID (e.g. passport, driving licence, birth certificate or PASS card) when attempting to purchase alcohol, and the sale will be refused if suitable ID is not produced.
