Licence conditions (11)
  1. Conditions carried over from the Licensing Act 1964 (Justices On Licence and Section 77 Special Hours Certificate).
  2. Conditions carried over from the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
  3. This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the above Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.
  4. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
  5. 1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
  6. 2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 160
  7. 3) The padlock and lock on the gate leading from the enclosed yard into the Manager's garden shall be removed and this gate kept unlocked and available at all times the premises are open.
  8. 4) Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Pollution Team, even without prior notice.
  9. 5) The Licence Holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainment (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.

  11. 6) The Applicant should note that monitoring of the noise from a licensed event may be undertaken by Officers from the Council.
