  1. The premises will predominantly be used as an Indian Restaurant for dining in, and also providing a takeaway service.
  2. The DPS will provide underage alcohol training to all staff and this will be refreshed every 6 months.
  3. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  4. An incident book will be held on site and any incidents logged and the Police notified if it is deemed appropriate.
  5. This incident book will be available for inspection by both Local Authority officers and Police officers upon request.
  6. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. It is not anticipated that there will be public nuisance issues, but if any are raised then we will work with the appropriate authorities.
  8. The Protection of Children from Harm
  9. A 'Challenge 25' Policy will be in place where anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be asked to provide photographic ID. This will include passport / dvla driving licence or any ID produced under the PASS scheme.
  10. Any deliveries which include alcohol ; there will be a further ID check made at the point of delivery. If appropriate ID is not provide then alcohol will not be delivered.
