  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:

General The nature of our business promotes the licensing objectives in itself because Husk is not a ‘boozy establishment’ as the primary focus of the business will always be award-winning food which shines a light on the best seasonal Suffolk produce; our house-crafted drinks offering will follow this ethos and be served with snacks.
  3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that water jugs are always available on each table.
  4. The premises licence holder will ensure that small measures will always be available.
  5. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is availability of non-alcoholic options.
  6. The premises licence holder will ensure that there is always well-trained staff on hand at the premises. Staff training records will be maintained and available for inspection by the Local Authority or Suffolk Constabulary. The prevention of crime and disorder
  7. The premises licence holder shall ensure that anyone who appears intoxicated will not continue to be served alcohol.
  8. The premises licence holder shall ensure that a refusal and incident log is kept on the premises and kept up to date, ensuring all entries are detailed in the log as soon as practicable after the incident. Public Safety
  9. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is suitable lighting at the premises this includes the entrance courtyard, toilet area pathways clearly marked.

  11. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is clear signage at the premises asking guests to leave quietly. The protection of children from harm

The premises licence holder shall ensure a Challenge 25 policy will be implemented requiring all customers who appear to be under the age of 25 to produce photographic identification in the form of a passport, driving licence or proof of age scheme (PASS) approved identification, before alcohol can be supplied or sold to them. All staff will be instructed, through training, that alcohol cannot be supplied or sold unless valid identification is produced.
  13. The premises licence holder shall ensure that notices are prominently displayed in the premises to advise patrons and staff that a ‘Challenge 25’ scheme operates in the premises
  14. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there will be no unaccompanied children at the premises.
  15. The premises licence holder shall ensure that any children attending the premises must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years of age.
