'An Inscription is required to be displayed within one month of the date of this Licence which should be in capital letters not less than 25 mm in height, affixed and kept up in a conspicuous place over the main entrance door saying LICENSED IN PURSUANCE OF AN ACT OF PARLIAMENT FOR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT'
Anyone using the catering facilities at this hall, must ensure that they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Food Safety ( Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.
The applicant to be made aware of Standard Condition 18 (a) entitled 'Prevention of nuisance' and also consider guidance from the Good Practice Guide on the control of noise from pubs and clubs which states that ' music and associated sources should not be audible inside noise-sensitive property at any time.
A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry, of the current Certificate on 20 January 2005.
A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry, of the current Certificate on 2 December 2004.
A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry, of the current Certificate on 2 June 2004.
