  1. The store will occasionally hold private tastings of their products to members and guests for which they charge a fee. This is the only reason for the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises.
  2. The prevention of crime and disorder
  3. An incident/refusals book shall be kept at the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded. The Incident book shall contain the following details.
  4. Time, date and location of incident/refusals.
  5. Nature of the Incident/refusal.
  6. Names, addresses and contact details of persons involved.
  7. Result of the incident/refusals.
  8. Action taken to prevent further such incidents.
  9. Each entry signed by the DPS, or other responsible person employed at the premises and so authorised by the DPS; and
  10. Retained for a period of no less than 12 months and made available to the Police for inspection upon request.
  11. Public safety
  12. A CCTV system will be in place for the factory and the retail store.
  13. The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system.
  14. All entry and exit points will be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition.
  15. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises are open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises.
  16. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days with date and time stamping.
  17. Viewing of recordings shall be made available immediately upon request of Police or authorised officer throughout the preceding 31 day period.
  18. A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open. This staff member must be able to provide to the Police or authorised council officer copies of recent CCTV images or data with the absolute minimum of delay when requested.
  19. The protection of children from harm
  20. A recognised proof of age card credited under the British Retail Consortium Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS);
  21. Photo driving license, Passport
