  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  2. Anyone who appears to be under 18 years and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises, shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:- 'New type' driving licence with photograph. Valid UK Passport Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  3. All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law relating to the supply of alcohol.
  4. A refusals book shall be in operation and used during hours open to the public detailing any instances relating to the refusal of a sale of alcohol to a member of the public.
  5. CCTV shall be installed and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
