An incident book shall be kept at the premises at all times and will be kept up to date. A refusal of sales log shall also be kept on site and used whenever someone is refused a purchase from the premises. The register will be kept for a minimum of 12 months. No glass vessels will be allowed to leave the unit. Prevention of public nuisance
No bright lights will be used to illuminate the building during the day or night.
No loud music will be heard from the building at any time. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
