- None Standard Timing Applicable: Sale of alcohol permitted till 20.00 hrs during December. CCTV capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Camera shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correct time and date stamp and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to the police on request. The recording equipment shall be kept secure. Notices shall be clearly displayed at the point of access and at the point of sale area with regards to under age sales challenge. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age eviodence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age card carrying a Pass logo. All occasions a person has been refused shall be recorded in writing.
