Licence conditions (5)
  1. Ensure that all good practice guidelines issued by statutory authorities and similar bodies are adhered to, and that they are communicated to all relevant staff on a regular basis. Ensure that the training of all staff is regularly reviewed in order to identify any further training needs and to meet those training needs as soon as reasonably practicable. Provide a minimum of personal licence holders.,.
  2. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the Police and will be recorded in an incident log book. Suitable CCTV will be installed as noted on the enclosed plans. All tapes and recordings will be kept for 28 days or as required by the Police.,.
  3. To train and brief staff to the standards required by the legislation. Work in partnership with relevant Authorities and local businesses to support local strategies for public safety.,.
  4. State opening hours and serving times to customers in areas that can be clearly seen including bar and reception area. Train all employees in the procedures for identifying persons who may be at risk from consuming alcohol and request ID from customers who appear to be under the age of 18. Weights and Measures Act will be further displayed in required areas including charges for alcholic beverages ie wines beers and spirits.,.
  5. A recogonised proof of age policy will be enforced. Clear Notices will be displayed that show age limited in relation to the serice of alcohol to those under 18 yrs and Notices on display that request ID for those aged between 18 and 21 yrs. Work with all Authorities to support local initiatives to protect all children from harm. Weights and Measures Act will be further displayed in required areas including charges for alcholic beverages ie wines beers and spirits.,.
