Licence conditions (2)
- The following non standard timing shall apply in respect of the supply and sale of alcohol: a) Captain's Annual Dinner on 2nd Friday in Januarys until 4am Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal. This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985
- Alcohol is permitted to be served from the brick built Halfway House Kiosk, situated on the course close to the 9th hole: On Monday to Sundays (7 days per week) from 10.00 to 18.00 hours. Sales of alcohol at the Halfway House shall only be made to members, their guests and their visitors (temporary members). Alcohol from the Halfway House shall be consumed on the course and such persons purchasing the alcohol shall be subject to the current Proof of Age Policy in operation at the course where ID shall be requested for age verification, if required. Staff shall be present at all times that the Halfway House is open. Staff working at the Halfway House shall have the use of a mobile phone at all times that the kiosk is open. No members of the public shall be served at the Halfway House. A sign shall be located at the exit(s) requesting that members leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours To improve the availability of licensed taxis or private hire vehicles, to take members from the premises, the Club shall promote a licensed taxi service for onward journeys for members With regard to the provision of regulated entertainment - plays and films - details of such shall be forwarded to the Fire Authority at least 28 days prior to such event(s) being held and any recommendations made by the Fire Authority shall be carried out in full
