  2. The event will be run in accordance with Operating Schedule version 9 dated 12 December 2019
  3. If the Licensee proposes to change the outline layout of the site as detailed in Annex 4, a revised outline plan will be submitted to the Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities not less than 3 months prior to the event date, detailing the area(s) allocated for the following activities:-  The majority of regulated entertainment  Camping  Car parking In the event that agreement cannot be reached with Responsible Authorities in relation to the revised layout, then the licensee will submit an application for variation of the Premises Licence to enable a hearing to be held to resolve the matter.
  4. The Licensee will submit to the Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities a detailed site plan not less than 14 days prior to the event.
