  1. General Conditions
  2. The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and valid public liability insurance is in force and that a copy of the schedule is available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Crime and Disorder
  3. The Licensee will liaise with the Police in advance of events taking place. Public Safety
  4. The Licensee will comply with any fire safety requirements requested by the Fire Officer. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  5. The permitted entertainment outdoors shall only be allowed on 5 nights in any one Calendar year, and all such events shall finish no later than 23:00 hours on any night of the week.
  6. The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical Entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  7. A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.   8. The Licensee will ensure that children not accompanied by an adult are supervised at all times by at least two adults while they are on the premises.
