Licence conditions (12)
  1. Digital Internal and External CCTV in place, with signage displayed informing the public that CCTV is in operation.
  2. Adequate staffing levels are adhered to at busy times.
  3. Records of any crime and disorder incidents are logged.
  4. The centre keeps an excellent relationship with the local police and is a member of the crime and disorder focus group within the area.
  5. Risk assessments and fire drills are carried out twice yearly.
  6. Fire alarms and fire fighting equipment are tested regularly.
  7. Fire exits are clearly signed and are pointed out at each event.
  8. The permitted capacity is not exceeded.
  9. No regulated entertainment carried outside without prior consultation with the licensing authority.
  10. Customers are asked to leave the premises quietly as respect towards neighbours.
  11. Children under 18 are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol.
  12. The Community Centre has a Children Protection Policy in place, and advises staff to be on guard for children at risk, and how to report any suspicions.
