Licence conditions (26)
  1. Both the general and duty managers will hold personal licences.
  2. The club mangers and one further member of club staff will be trained to SIA standard.
  3. All staff members will be trained on the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and other relevant legislation.
  4. The applicant is agreeable to the inclusion in any premises licence arising from its application of the additional conditions listed in the provisional statement issued to it by the Licensing Authority on 12 July 2006.
  5. All newly erected building and areas are monitored by CCTV.
  6. The sale of alcohol will be limited to those persons residing on site, their friends and bona fide guests, any person attending an event or conference and any day visitor to the park.
  7. The premises will be adequately lighted and the duty managers and night wardens are on site throughout the night.
  8. A person trained in first aid shall be present throughout any sporting entertainment involving boxing, wrestling, judo, karate or sport of a similar nature.
  9. Where a ring is used it will be constructed by a competent person and shall be inspected by a competent authority before use and any material used to form the skirt of the ring shall be flame retardant.
  10. The seating layout will if necessary be agreed with the Fire Officer.
  11. It should be noted the premises are within a town centre location, but in a purpose built holiday park situation.
  12. However, newly erected buildings on site will have additional sound-proofing to the buildings previously at the holiday park. In addition, entertainment staff monitor and control volume levels.
  13. Protections of children from harm The premises are part of a family holiday park. Activities are arranged around this fact and the applicant encourages parents to closely supervise their children whilst on site.
  14. None of the entertainment which is provided will be of an adult nature.
  15. Additions The Park will continue not be open for residents during January and February, but use of the site and its facilities, including the licensable activities applied for, will be allowed during this period for training, conferences, specific events and functions. It will not be open to members of the public on a general basis.
  16. The Hampshire Constabulary requires that the premise adopts the "Challenge 21" rule and adheres to it.
  17. It has been agreed that SIA door staff will be provided at the discretion of the owners, however, if there should be any public order incidents, we will request a review of the licence and insist that the premises employs SIA door staff in line with the Constabulary guidelines.
  18. The music is to be turned down and the lights to be turned up 30 minutes before closing, this is in line with the proposed hours to supply alcohol.
  19. Signs to be placed in prominent positions at exits asking patrons to leave quietly. We appreciate that this is a self contained establishment, however, there are residential buildings nearby.
  20. CCTV will cover the entrances, exits and the bar area and will be of a standard acceptable to the police to enable us to effectively investigate incidents.
  21. The AWP machines will be placed within sight of staff members to ensure that they can be monitored in case of underage use.
  22. The Licence shall apply only to the area defined on the plan lodged with the Licensing Authority, namely:
  23. Sale and supply of alcohol - Bar, Clubroom and outside seating patio.
  24. Regulated entertainment - Bar and Clubroom.
  25. Late night refreshment - Bar, Clubroom and Patio.
  26. We have also agreed to the premises making two applications per annum to extend the permitted hours for special occasions on the condition that they provide the police and the Local Authority with notice in writing giving as much notice as possible, and in any case 7 working days, and that the police have the right to veto such applications. The police will notify the applicant in writing of the veto.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
