The volume of music and sound shall be controlled so that no noise is audible inside noise sensitive dwellings
All music activities shall be invoiced only
CCTV shall be in operation at the premises
There shall be a minimum of two staff on duty at any time
A driver's "shelf" with a collection of soft drinks shall be in place
The exterior of the premises shall be in such a condition so that the patrons can leave easily
Regular inspections of the garden shall be undertaken during opening hours
Regular inspections of the toilets shall be undertaken during opening hours
All staff shall be trained in drugs awareness and the sale of alcohol to under age persons and intoxicated persons
No glasses or open bottles shall be permitted to be removed from the premises by the public
