  2. Challenge under 21s and ask anyone that looks under 25 for ID. Training staff on regular basis on ID checking. Challenge anti social and drunken behaviour, stop anyone drinking if they are intoxicated. No children under 16 unaccompanied in the drinking area. Zero tolerance of drug misuse. 4 x 360 cameras in the drinking area and covering gates and entrances to that area. Use of segregation gates with Police permission if needed.
  3. Staff training to be carried out every three months to be signed for. This is to cover spotting underage persons, challenging underage persons, challenging rowdy behaviour, preventing alcohol sales to drunk people and drugs misuse.
  4. DPS and premises to be active member of the local Pubwatch group.
  5. CCTV to be in use at all times around the building CCTV will be installed and maintained at the premises to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority and Police. As a minimum it will enable surveillance of both the internal external areas of the premises including all entrances and exits.
  6. Recordings from the system will be to a standard acceptable as evidence in a court of law and will be securely retained for a minimum of thirty days.
  7. The CCTV system will be capable of producing immediate copies of recordings on site and will be surrendered in a playable format to Hampshire Constabulary immediately on request.
  8. The system will be maintained and fully operational, as a minimum, throughout the hours that the premises are operating.
  9. The area around the building will be floodlit.
  10. Bar within the stand:
  11. All existing conditions on the current premises licence shall be enforced within the licensable area of the adjacent football ground.
  12. Consumption of alcohol within the adjacent football ground shall be limited to beer, lager, cider or wine. All alcohol consumed within the adjacent football ground will be decanted into plastic glasses. The consumption of alcohol within the football ground shall be restricted to the Lower West Terrace by the main entrance, extending halfway to the players tunnel. Capacity for this area will be no more than 400 people which includes all staff.
  13. The South Terrace can also be used for the consumption of alcohol when written agreement is received by Hampshire Police. Capacity for this area will be no more than 1061 people which includes all staff. The Licensable area within the football ground shall be separated from the remaining terraces by utilising permanent fencing/gates at each end which will be staffed by stewards.
  14. SIA staff to actively monitor ground areas where alcohol is being consumed.
  15. SIA staff to challenge any person under 25 who is consuming alcohol.
  16. Signage in place to advise that age verification checks of spectators will be made by staff. Any person who has supplied another who is under 18 with alcohol after purchasing it shall be required to leave the match. The sale, supply and consumption of alcohol within the allocated area of the ground/pitch shall be limited to football matches only. Any person who is intoxicated at a match will be required to leave.
  17. Risk Assessment The premises licence holder shall ensure that all football matches which allow the sale and consumption of alcohol within the licensable area of the football ground are subject to a written Risk Assessment. This will include the date, times and nature of the event, the assessment of risk and the measures put in place to address any identified risks. This will include but not limited to appropriate levels of staffing for the maximum attendance for each match. All Risk Assessments shall be documented and retained for a minimum of 1 year and shall be made available for inspection by Police and Council officials upon request.
  18. Pubwatch rules to be followed in the drinking area and no one on Pubwatch to be served or allowed within that area. Badged SIA security on the main gate which is also in the drinking area plus stewards and the DPS in the area. 4 x 360 cameras covering the whole area, entrances and exits plus CCTV covering the serving hatch.
  19. Staff training on fire procedures.
  20. CCTV in operation covering the inside of the premise and the outside drinking area to be fully maintained.
  21. An incident book will be created and kept up to date. This will be reviewed weekly.
  22. Disposable cups to be used on match days and special events at the outside mobile bar.
  23. All drinks served in plastics, 4 x 360 cameras covering the whole area, SIA security and stewards and the DPS in the drink area. Staff trained on fire procedures. Incident book will be kept up to date and a refusal log.
  24. Signs created to make customers aware that they should be quite and consider the neighbours when leaving the building.
  25. Doors and windows to be closed for noise reduction after 20:00 hrs.
  26. Signs to be put up asking customers to keep the noise down and consider the neighbours when leaving the area. All drinking to be stopped in that area as soon as the game is over.
  27. A challenge 21 policy will be operated at the premise whereby any customer who appears to be under 21 years of age, wishing or attempting to purchase alcohol, will be asked by the member of staff for identification. Acceptable forms of identification are a passport, a photocard driving licence or a pass accredited identification card. Challenge 21 posters to be displayed in prominent positions at the premises.
  28. All staff shall be trained to challenge every individual who appears to be under 21 years of age and to refuse service. where individuals cannot produce acceptable means of identification. Such training shall be provided not less than every three months. Written records shall be kept of all training and refresher training and will be produced, on request, to officers from Trading Standards, the Police and the Licensing Authority.
  29. A refusal log shall be kept of all refusals including the sale of alcohol. The refusals log shall be properly maintained and this shall involve, but is not limited to, the log being checked and signed off on a weekly basis by a senior member of staff. This is primarily but not restricted to the site manager. The refusals log will be produced on request to officers from Trading Standards, the Police and the Licensing Authority.
  30. Challenge anyone that looks under 25 for ID. No children in the drinking area without an adult. Adults with children to be monitored on there drinking and security staff in that area to keep it safe.
