  1. Ensure all staff are trained in the four licensing objectives. Training for underage drinking ID checks and staff will be trained to ensure customers use the premises in a respectful manner.
  2. Will not serve alcohol to underage people.
  3. No drunken behaviour on the premises.
  4. No harm to any children.
  5. No use or sale of drugs. Vigilance in the illegal use of drugs at the premises.
  6. No selling of alcohol to intoxicated customers.
  7. External lighting fixed to ensure public safety.
  8. All areas of the premises will be maintained in good order.
  9. Log book will be kept on the premises. A log book will be kept for when inspections happen.
  10. Notices near the exit will be placed to request the need for quiet when residents leave.
  11. Customers will be asked not to congregate and talk loudly outside the premises.
  12. No movement of bins outside the premises after 10pm.
  13. Challenge 25 signs will be displayed to encourage anyone who is over 18 but under 25 to carry ID if they wish to purchase alcohol.
