A) General - all four licensing objectivesRigourous planning and briefing of staff and volunteers to ensure all objectives are met.
Ensure sufficient supervision for the numbers attending and where necessary employ outside security contractors holding SIA licenses.
Regular H & S audits are carried out by the site manager of the premises with any actions or defects rectified in a prompt manner. Each event will have its own risk assessment and appropriate action taken according to the assessed risk.
All persons attending the event will be reminded that we are in a residential area and that they need to keep noise to a minimum when leaving the event. Any music will be kept to a reasonable level. For any outdoor events which may disturb our neighbours we will endeavour to consult with them prior to the event.
We will ensure that persons working directly with children or liable to be working 1:1 with them will have the advanced disclosure CRB check. Any casual volunteers who are not CRB checked will not be allowed 1:1 contact and will be supervised by a person with the relevant checks. No film will be shown to an audience whose age is lower than the restricted age of the film.\
