  1. All staff will undergo regular training on licensing laws, conflict resolution, safety protocols, and the identification of vulnerable individuals.
  2. Clear Policies will be established and developed these policies will be displayed that address crime prevention, public safety, noise control, and child protection.
  3. A strong working relationship with local authorities, including law enforcement and fire services will be maintained, to stay updated on best practices and compliance requirements.
  4. Records will be kept detailing logs of incidents, training, and maintenance checks to demonstrate due diligence and compliance
  5. The "Challenge 25" policy will be adhered to, to prevent underage sales and ensure responsible alcohol service and signage will be displayed accordingly
  6. Age Verification Policy Enforce a strict Challenge 25 policy, requiring valid photo ID for anyone who appears under the age of 25.
  7. A robust incident reporting procedure for recording and responding to any criminal activities will be implemented.
  8. Maximum occupancy limits to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe evacuation during emergencies will be adhered to.
  9. Regular safety checks will be conducted as well as frequent checks on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other safety equipment, with records kept for inspections which can be viewed by the Responsible Authorities.
