  1. Strong management controls and effective staff training regarding Licensing objectives.
  2. Staff Training manual available and kept up to date.
  3. Challenge 25 scheme implemented with clear signage.
  4. No supply of alcohol to any customer who appears to be drunk or intoxicated.
  5. All staff to be trained to spot the signs of drug abuse and to remain vigilant for any signs of use in the salon.
  6. Customers will be asked to leave the salon quietly.
  7. No consumption of alcohol to be permitted outside the premises.
  8. Internal and external lighting to be maintained in good condition at all times.
  9. Staff will be trained in environmental issues.
  10. Challenge 25 scheme and staff training on age verification procedures All parts of premises and all fittings and apparatus therein will be maintained at all times in a good and safe condition
  11. Licensee will be responsible for ensuring that staff and customers conduct themselves in such a way as to avoid causing disturbance to nearby residents.
  12. Customers/Staff will not be permitted to stand around talking loudly or causing a nuisance in the street outside the premises.
  13. Challenge 25 scheme to be implemented and signs displayed around the premises. Challenge 25 is a retailing strategy that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks to be under 25 to carry acceptable ID which they must produce before being served alcohol ( An ID Card bearing the PAS hologram, a photographic Driving Licence or a Passport ).
  14. No ID, No sale. staff training to ensure the challenge 25 scheme is fully supported.
