- Individual events will be discussed at the established Hackney
- Events Action Team (HEAT) meetings. Applicants will attend with
- relevant documentation on their specif ic event. Details/ relevant
- conditions covering, for example, risk assessments, insurances,
- evacuation procedures, noise measures, etc, will then be incorporated
- into the terms and conditions of the hire agreement for the open
- No de-rigging, loading and removing equipment from site should take place after 22.00 hours, any de-rigging, loading and removing of equipment not completed shoul d be delayed until the following day and not begin before 08:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 09:30 hours on Sunday (security for any equipment left in-situ after the event may need to be considered by the Hirer and the period of hire may need to be extend ed for events running late into an evening in Haggerston Park to allow clearing away of all sound system equipment the following day).
- The park shall not be used for licensable activities (as defined under The Licensing Act 2003) no more than 10 days in total in any calendar year.
