  1. The sale of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment on Monday to Thursday from 23:00 hours to 24:00 hours shall be restricted to occasions when league darts matches are taking place on the premises. This restriction will not apply when the hours on these days are extended by another provision in this licence.
  2. The licence holder will provide fixture lists for all of its darts teams to the Police and the Licensing Authority as soon as practicable after publication and will give both the Police and the Licensing Authority at least 48 hours notice of any change (this notice may initially be given verbally provided that it is later confirmed in writing)
  3. Where regulated entertainment is to provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the facade (facade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
  4. The authorised use of the beer garden, patios and all external seating shall cease by 23:00 hours on Mondays to Saturdays and 22:30 hours on Sundays.
  5. The outdoor smoking area by the side of the fire exit may be used after 23:00 hours on Mondays to Saturdays and 22:30 hours on Sundays but shall be subject to the following requirements and restrictions when used at any time during the night hours (throughout the night until 07:00 hours the following day) i) A physical barrier shall be erected to prevent customers entering the beer garden and patio areas. For the avoidance of doubt the physical barrier may be a freestanding post and a sign or similar where it is necessary that ensure that emergency exits do not become obstructed; i) Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers as to the times and permitted use of the smoking area; ii) Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers to keep noise to a minimum; iii) No licensable activities shall be permitted in the smoking area; iv) The licence holder shall ensure that a member of staff is on duty to monitor compliance with the use of the area; and v) No food, alcohol, drink containers, bottles or glasses are to be taken into the outdoor smoking area.
  6. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
  7. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises. In addition, signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position, both inside and outside of the premises, warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
  8. The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
  9. A book, or other form of record, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded. The "challenge book", or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
  10. At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV system serving the premises shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. the CCTV shall show both the interior and exterior of the premises; c. show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a
