Licence conditions (22)
  1. 30 minute drinking up time will be provided to allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc.
  2. The licensees/ staff will monitor customer behaviour especially during busy periods.
  3. Burglar alarm system will be in place along with alarmed doors and windows / secure windows.
  4. There will be always a minimum of two staff on duty at any one time.
  5. Toilet access will be clearly visible from the bar.
  6. Drug prevention measures are employed.
  7. The exterior of the premises will be regularly inspected.
  8. Regular inspections of the toilets will be undertaken during all sessions.
  9. Local police station number will be kept behind the bar at all times.
  10. All staff will be trained on our drugs awareness policy and sales regarding underage and intoxicated persons.
  11. No glasses or open bottles are permitted to be taken from the premises.
  12. We will continue to use toughened glass for all purchases, where possible.
  13. Health and safety policy in place and will be adhered to.
  14. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.

  17. Noise generated by regulated entertainment to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive location and/or residential façade after 23:20
  18. External sound levels to be regularly monitored by the licensee at appropriate times and locations and every 15 minutes in these locations after 23:20
  19. Unaccompanied children are not permitted on the premises and all children are not permitted on the premises after 20.00.
  20. Children are not permitted in the bar, save access to garden and use of toilets.
  21. Cigarette machine in close proximity to the bar counter and therefore easily observed
  22. All staff will be trained in legislation regarding the sale of alcohol to children and are required to ask for relevant ID if unsure of a customers age.
