  1. The licence holder will ensure that all staff are trained in the licensing objectives, emergency and general safety procedures and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
  2. A Challenge 25 policy will be employed and strictly enforced. Anyone who appears under the age of 25 will be asked for ID when attempting to purchase alcohol. Only PASS Accredited ID, passports or photo driving licence will be accepted. Full staff training in proof of age policies and practices.
  3. An incident book for refused alcohol sales will be introduced.
  4. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be refused service.
  5. No alcohol will be taken off the premises.
  6. No drinks promotions will be permitted.
  7. A regular fire risk assessment will be undertaken.
  8. The electrical system and appliances will be tested annually by a qualified electrician.
  9. Prominent signs will be displayed requesting the public respect the needs of local residents.
  10. Effective litter management:- (a) Accessible litter bins. (b) Regular clearing of empty bottles and glasses. (c) Glass refuse to be stored away from public access.
