  3. LA03, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  5. Late night refreshment: · Provision to take place indoors. Supply of alcohol:· Sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premiseGeneral - all 4 licensing objectives:· The DPS and his staff are committed to the service of high quality, contemporary Indian cuisine to patrons. The raft of measures outlined in this operating schedule are sufficient to actively pursue the four objectives whilst not compromising on that quality. The employment of a DPS with extensive knowledge and experience in the Indian restaurant trade is key to this. · The premises will not be operative after 23.00 Sunday to Thursday and 23.30 Friday and Saturday until planning consent is granted for an extension of hours. The prevention of crime and disorder:· No person shall resort to the premises for the sole purpose of drinking intoxicating liquor. All 'on' sales will be made in conjunction with a substantial table meal, or the supply of hot take away food. This will be strictly monitored by the DPS. The 30 minute cooling off period at the end evening is to assist customers in finishing their meal and drinks at a leisurely pace, allowing them to leave the premises safely and quietly, thusly minimising the potential for any crime or disorder. · The only sale of intoxicating liquor that will be authorised by the DPS where food is not included will consist of sealed vessels to be consumed away from the location. No open vessels shall leave the establishment at any time. · The music played in the premises will always be incidental to the service of hot food and intoxicating liquor, and shall of type in keeping with the premises, i.e. Indian contemporary music at an ambient volume. Should this at any time alter then the DPS will seek to vary the licence accordingly. · All sales of intoxicating liquor in the restaurant area shall be by table service, allowing the DPS to monitor consumption of patrons on the premises. · The DPS will display crime prevention notices at the request of the local p
