  4. The sale of alcohol and tobacco products is restricted to over 18s.
  5. The prevention of crime and disorder:
  6. Staff are constantly on the alert to criminal activity.
  7. ID is requested of anyone suspected of being under age regarding the sale of alcohol/tobacco products. Notices are posted to this effect.
  8. Public safety:
  9. All aisles are clean and clear of encumbrance.
  10. Health and safety and fire regulations are adhered to.
  11. Fire and first aid equipment are in place.
  12. We are aware of the dangers of overcrowding and do not allow it.
  13. The prevention of public nuisance:
  14. We do not allow grops of people to congregate outside the premises.
  15. We reuse the sale of alcohol to obviously inebriated people.
  16. Customers are asked not to consume alcohol purchased outside the premises.
  17. The protection of children from harm:
