  2. The only occasions that recorded music will be later than standard operating hours would be for 2 types of events. Firstly for Low Bangs fireworks, which is 2 dates a year in November, we would start serving at 17:00 the finish time is 20:00. Secondly for Camping events which are approximately 6 nights over a 2 week period in July/August 16:00 and until 20:00. These camping events are for approximately 6 nights spread across a 2 week period in July/August.
  3. There is a zero tolerance to undesirable behaviour both where serving alcohol is and isn't present. Our staff are trained to report anything unusual or unsettling to the Duty Manager who is "walking the floors" all day.
  4. Serving of alcoholic drinks will continue to be very limited and secondary to the activities we run and food served in our restaurant. Serving alcohol is designed as a light refreshment with food, or an early evening treat, with sales only open for a short time and in a heavily supervised area by the farm's management team.
  5. All visitors to the farm are communicated pre-arrival which sets out our health & safety information and key points, including the behaviour we expect from our visitors.
  6. We also have maintained 100% pre-booking to the attraction enabling us to increase communication in the lead up to special events.
  7. We will display posters with clear instruction as to what we expect as proof identity and age for alcohol service, this will include passports and photographic driver's licence. Challenge 25 posters will also be displayed.
  8. A refusals/incident logbook will be kept and checked regularly by the management team, including the DPS.
  9. We will run staff training sessions should our licence be granted, this will be operated in 2 parts. The first part for food & beverage staff covering the licensing objectives, acceptable form and checking off photo ID, challenge 25,challenging customers and refusal to serve and recording incidents/refusals. The second training will be for events staff to ensure they are clear on volume levels, conducting noise checks and reporting any undesirable behaviour to the Duty Manager.
  10. As with all training at the farm staff will sign in to show they have attended and sign to say they agree and understand the content of the session.
  11. Staff are refresher trained regularly on all elements of their job, and the above will be added to this, as a minimum staff are refreshed annually but should they be absent for any length of time (IE Students away at University) then refreshers are given before they start their next assignment.
  12. CCTV cameras will be operating and monitoring procedures across the farm to ensure both customer and staff safety.
  13. Signage tells customers CCTV is in operation and we will also be introducing signs worded to the effect that we have a zero tolerance to undesirable behaviour.
  14. We have at least one Duty Manager each day who monitors customer satisfaction and feedback from staff and they are trained to act quickly should they see or hear a situation develop.
  15. Customers will be asked to leave the premises if they are acting undesirably, with back up from the local police if required . Our priority is to maintain a safe and fun environment .
  16. Duty Management is increased on busy days or for special events.
  17. If ever safety were to be in doubt, then our activities cease immediately while action is taken, our communication is key and well set up with all staff and areas on radio enabling us to act quickly.
  18. We do carefully plan where activities take place within the farm, but these are always within sociable hours.
  19. We operate strict car parking procedures during busy days so as not to cause disturbances in the area and for any new activities we do a noise check around the boundary to ensure there are no arising issues.
  20. Very few people leave the farm on foot which ensures public nuisance along Tilburstow Hill road is minimised and we regularly litter pick the routes into the farm in case of any customer debris.
  21. Key staff and duty managers are taught the principals of safeguarding and to highlight any concerns.
  22. We operate strict capacities in many areas of the farm meaning that groups are observed entering and exiting areas, this is along with CCTV that is monitored.
  23. Our whole business is built around children having fun in a safe environment and all staff are trained to ensure this is the case.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
