Licence conditions (21)
  1. General
  2. While crime and disorder associated with this premises is not anticipated, the premises licence holder will take all reasonable steps to maintain control of the premises.
  3. The proposed early closing time of 22:00 hours should ensure that residents are not unduly disturbed from noise. Also, no regulated entertainment is proposed, which will also minimise the impact on residents.
  4. The premises licence holder is aware of his responsibility under the Health and Safety at work etc Act 1974 and the appropriate regulations.
  5. A suitable form of identification will be requested prior to the sale of alcohol. A record will be kept of all refusals and the reason for such a refusal.
  6. Prior to any home delivery of alcohol is complete a suitable form of identification will be required.
  7. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  8. The Premises Licence Holder will provide suitable training for all staff engaged in the sale of alcohol for both on and off sales.
  9. The sales of alcohol for consumption on the premises will be provided by waiter/waitress service at all times.
  10. A record shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The record should include the reason for the refusal, the date and time of the refused sale and the signature of the person refusing the sale.
  11. An incident log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Council or the Police.
  12. The Premises Licence Holder and Designated Premises Supervisor will ensure that all alcohol products are delivered directly to the home address provided.
  13. Public Safety
  14. While no conditions are proposed, the Premises Licence holder wishes to state that he is aware of his responsibility to his customers and staff under the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act and Fire Safety legislation.
  15. However, should the Responsible Authority consider conditions to be appropriate and necessary the premises licence holder will consider any proposal via his agent?
  16. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
  17. Notices shall be prominently displayed at the exit requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses by leaving the area quietly.
  18. The Protection of children from harm
  19. Customers who appear under 25 will be required to produce either a Passport, Photo Driving Licence or other form of identification that carries the 'PASS' hologram.
  20. A strict "NO ID NO SALE" policy will be adopted, this requirement will also apply to customers between the ages of 16 to 17 years, when dinning with an adult.
  21. The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that customers are aware when placing their order over the telephone that deliveries of alcohol must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. Where there is any doubt about the person's age a form of identification will be required. The only form of identification accepted at the time of delivery will be a Passport, Driving Licence or a card with the "PASS" hologram.
