- Staff will be fully trained in Challenge 25, alcohol and tobacco sales, and the sale of other prohibited items. All sales will be captured on our CCTV system. A refusal log will be kept for anyone who cannot produce ID. Any customer who appears to be intoxicated will be refused
- Cameras are sited to observe the entrance and exit doors, both inside and out and capture identifiable footage.

- Members of staff on duty will ensure the safety of the premises and patrons.
