Licence conditions (25)
  1. Training of all staff and management so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives in line with company policy.
  2. Training records shall be kept.
  3. Signage to inform that CCTV is operational.
  4. CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained at all times, showing correct date and time information. CCTV shall cover the internal public areas, the external seating area and the smoking area. The CCTV shall provide clear and unobstructed images of people entering and exiting the premises. CCTV images shall be made available to police. All CCTV footage shall be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
  5. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed before the premises closes on the day of an incident and be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: a. All crimes reported at the venue b. All ejections of patrons c. Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder d. All drugs seized or found e. Any incidents of disorder f. Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy g. Persons banned from the premises
  6. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS and the inspection recorded.
  7. Sufficient glass collection shall be provided at all times with clear signage by all exits to ensure glassware is not removed from the premises.
  8. All staff trained to ensure responsible drinking policies are applied.
  9. Anti-drug signs on the premises, anyone caught consuming onsite will be removed and barred.
  10. Age restricted entrance to the premises after 19:00 hours.
  11. Off sales shall only be sold with sealed bottles and in sealed bags.
  12. First aid equipment shall be on site.
  13. All safety certificates shall be kept onsite with regular servicing of all fire and electrical equipment.
  14. Employers, public, contents and building insurance shall be valid at all times.
  15. Signage to request customers to vacate quietly shall be placed at all exits.
  16. Sound proofing insulation shall be used in all ceilings.
  17. Music levels shall be carefully monitored and controlled.
  18. The garden area will be closed from 23:00 and any live music will cease at 23:00 (aside from NYE)
  19. High levels of cleaning shall be completed inside and directly outside the premises including regular patrols to ensure litter is not present.
  20. Under 18's shall be permitted in the premises with a responsible adult only.
  21. Challenge 25 policy shall be adhered to with all staff provided with drink aware training.
  22. Photo driving licence, passport and proof of age cards from the PASS scheme shall be the only acceptable identification.
  23. The venue will not allow entry past 23:00 on any evening thus reducing the risk of people visiting when other venues close and to ensure the control entry of people so the maximum number of people in the venue doesn't increase as the time gets later.
  24. The venue will not promote the later closing time or indeed use it on every evening but will use the additional time at the discretion of the DPS and the trained staff working.
  25. All patrons will be moved away from the premises and from the entrance of the premises at closing time to ensure public nuisance does not occur
