  1. General
  2. 1. All staff will be trained in the appropriate legislation.
  3. 2. All staff will be properly trained for their roles, records of training kept and re-training will be regularly provided.
  4. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  5. 1. The licence holder will ensure that glassware or open containers do not leave the premises or any external seating area.
  6. 2. The licence holder will liaise with the Police.
  7. Public Safety
  8. 1. The premises licence holder will be aware of existing health and safety and fire safety responsibilities. Regular checks of safety equipment and fire escape will be carried out.
  9. 2. Adequate numbers of staff will be provided to ensure public comfort and safety.
  10. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
  11. 1. Where appropriate, notices will be provided at exits reminding customers to leave the premises quietly and to respect residents when travelling home.
  12. The Protection of children from harm
  13. 1. Training will be provided in relation to the legal requirements in relation to children within the licensed premises (including proof of age evidence).
