Licence conditions (25)
  1. Conditions carried over from the Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'On' Licence)
  2. We will continue to train our staff to the standards rewuired by relevant legislation.
  3. Fuller operate traditional high quality public houses selling award winning cask alem good wine and excellent food. There is no intention to deviate from this during the extended hours of operation. The additional hours will themselves promote the licensing objectives particularly in relation to crime and disorder and public nuisance as stated in paragraph 3.29 of the guidance by allowing customers to emerge from the premises at a more gradual rate.

  5. The current level of CCTV will continue to operate for the extended hours
  6. The Premise are a member of Pubwatch
  7. We have carefully considered the risks and benefits associated with the extra hours applied for and we believe that because of the character of the premises, and it's location, no additional measures other than those listed above are necessary.
  8. Public Safety:
  9. Our staff are fully trained on all safety isses, including fire safety. Regular inspections of the premises undertaken by the management
  10. The Prevention of public nuisance:
  11. We have carefully considered the risks and benefits associated with the extra hours and other variations sought and do not believe that any additional measures are necessary to promote this objective.
  12. The Protection of Children from Harm:
  13. A risk assessment has shown that we do not need to take any further measures beyond the restrictions in the licensing act 2003 and the existing training given to staff on the premises.
  14. Hearing Conditions:
  15. As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 100.
  16. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
  17. Windows and doors to be closed during Live Music and other regulated entertainment by 22.30 hours except for egress & ingress.
  18. No live music or other regualted entertainment outdoors after 21.00
  19. Outside area to be closed by 23.30 hours Monday to Saturday and at 23.00 hours on Sunday
  20. No additional patron entry after 23.00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 00.00 Friday & Saturday
  21. Suitable and conspicious notices to be displayed at the exit reminding patrons it is a residential area and to leave quietly
  22. Signage to encourage customers to obtain taxis through the bar staff.
  23. The sub-commitee expect that the Public House try to ensure that the taxis used do not sound their horns
  24. The Protection of children from harm:
  25. Accompanied children allowed on the premises until 22.00 hours provided no smoking takes place while they are on the premises.
