Licence conditions (11)
- CCTV recordings shall be taken of each night when a production takes place and the recordings kept for 14 days for use by the Police or the Licensing Authority.
- Where special effects, such as strobe lighting or loud noises, are to be included in a performance, appropriate warnings shall be provided to the audience prior to the performance commencing;
- The maximum number of persons permitted as the audience of any production shall be restricted to one hundred and fifty (150);
- Announcements shall be made and notices displayed at the premises exit doors requesting people to ¿please leave quietly, with due regard to neighbours¿;
- Exterior ¿bottle banks¿ shall only be used between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours;
- The admission to children, either as a member of the audience or as a performer, shall be in accordance with the Clubs written child protection policy and guidelines;
- That the playing of live and/or recorded music shall be ancillary to a play or other similar production;
- The sale or supply of alcohol to the public shall be restricted to occasions when the premises is in use for the performance of a play or other similar production or for auditions; at other times when there are no play performances alcohol may be sold or supplied to theatre personnel, engaged in theatre business including committee meetings, AGMs, rehearsals, set building and theatre maintenance;
- Promotional material (which includes signage, posters, programmes and tickets) shall include a request that ¿patrons to park in the theatre car park, or should this not be possible with due regard to local residents¿;
- Tickets and programmes will include a request that patrons leave the premises quietly;
- No items (including scenery) shall be put into or removed from the metal storage containers during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours on the following day); and
Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
