Licence conditions (1)
- The premises licence holder shall ensure that all relevant members of staff receive suitable and sufficient training that includes licensing law, offences in relation to prohibited sales, good practice in relation to promotion of the licensing objectives.2) All staff will be trained for UNDERAGE SALES PREVENTION regularly.3) The premises will implement a 'Challenge 25' policy whereby all customers who appear to be under 25 must produce photographic identification in the form of a passport, driving licence or Proof of Age Scheme (PASS) approved identification before being allowed to purchase alcohol on the premises.4) A contemporaneous refusal register shall be kept on the premises and made available to staff, Officers of the Local and County Authority and Police as required.5) Appropriate fire safety procedures will be in place including fire extinguishers (foam, H20 and CO2), fire blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, numerous smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
