High quality digital CCTV system with cameras covering all public access areas in the premises, in accordance with Colchester Crime and Disorder Strategy to clearly identify and record quality images (close ups) of persons entering or leaving the premises to identify staff and customers at the tills to promote the Crime Prevention Objective to deter under age sales of alcohol, in accordance with Section 17 of The Crime and Disorder Act 1998. The Codec format of digital computers must be available to the Police and the Licensing Authority in order to download images. (Videotapes/CD discs to be kept for 31 days).
