  1. Alcohol should be stored in a locked room when on the business premises and alarmed when the premises is closed.
  2. Delivery is by third party courier who fulfils all deliveries. Packages are in non-distinct wrapping. Process is high end but discreet.
  3. Alcohol shall not be delivered other than to residential and business addresses with a postcode.
  4. The premises licence holder ,shall notify the purchaser (prior to the purchaser placing the order for the relevant item) of: (i) the requirement for an individual aged 18 or over to be present at the Intended Recipient's address upon delivery; (ii) that the delivery company practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present a relevant ID to the delivery employee; and (iii) that failure to do so may result in the alcohol not being delivered;
  5. There is a meaningful delay (measurable in days) between purchase and delivery - thus spontaneous purchase by inebriated persons is physically not possible.
  6. If the delivery company is not able to deliver the alcohol it shall be returned by the delivery company to the premises licence holder.
  7. Alcohol shall only be delivered after full payment has first been received on-line or over the telephone. Delivery employees shall only deliver the actual alcohol that has already been paid for in full on-line or over the telephone.
  8. Purchases are remote, and not in person. it is an arm's length interaction with the purchaser, with purchases completed electronically. no physical interaction with the public
  9. Customers at the time of ordering are to be reminded that it is a criminal offence for a person under 18 years to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for themselves or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
  10. At the time of ordering, the following details shall be recorded and made available for inspection by a responsible authority under the Licensing Act 2003 (a) the full name of the purchaser, (b) the address of the purchaser, (c) the telephone number and email address for the purchaser, (e) the method of payment and details of alcohol supplied, (f) confirmation the customer is over 18 years of age.
  11. At the time of ordering, if the purchaser is purchasing alcohol as a gift for a third party (the recipient) the following details shall be recorded and made available for inspection by a responsible authority under the Licensing Act 2003 (a) the full name of the recipient, (b) the address of the recipient, (c) the method of payment and details of alcohol supplied, (f) confirmation that the recipient is over 18 years of age.

  13. All terms and conditions on the licence must be displayed on the website or other promotional material.
