  10. No music events will take place outdoors including any marquee or similar structure
  11. Films If this activity includes the use of amplified music, voice or sound, it shall not commence before 08.00hrs and shall cease at 23.30 hrs at the latest
  12. Indoor Sporting Events If this activity includes the use of amplified music, voice or sound, it shall not commence before 08.00hrs and shall cease at 23.30 hrs at the latest
  13. The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is discernible inside the nearest noise sensitive dwellings.
