  14. There will be the installation of a permanently positioned accessible ramp for access between the two different levels within the premises

  16. The door will be connected to the fire detection system so that it will automatically open on activation
  17. The existing external sliding doors (fixed open during hours of trade, but locked shut during the hours the shop is not trading) will ensure the alcohol remains behind a locked door event if the automatic doors open during the hours the premises will be unoccupied
  18. All areas of the premises have good natural lighting with large glazed front doors and roof lights
  19. Adequate lighting (to incorporate emergency lighting) will supplement the natural lighting
  20. The prevention of public nuisance
  21. All alcohol to be sold for consumption off the premises
  22. The sale of alcohol to be only during the hours of operation - this to be no later than 17:30hrs
  23. There are no public saces in close proximity to the premises whereby purchasers of alcohol could be encouraged to gather
  24. The protection of children from harm
  25. The sale of alcohol is to be over 18 year olds only
  26. It will be mandatory for all members of staff to ask for proof of age ID for any person trying to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 21 years old
  27. The alcohol will be displayd within full view of a member of staff at all times to prevent children (and in fact all customers) from trying to steal alcohol
