The premises have never had any complaints about noise nuisance the Manageress/owner is a National Licensees Certificate holder and will be responsibly managing the premises. All the customers are local and are asked to respect the neighbours and leave quietly.
The prevention of crime and disorder
There is a CCTV camera opposite the premises. The manageress is in contact with the other public houses in the village so if there is trouble then there is communication in this regard.
Public Safety
The premises are fitted with smoke alarms and have adequate fire protection.
The prevention of public nuisance
There is CCTV camera opposite the premises. The manageress and staff do not serve people who are visibly drunk. The pub is frequented by a local clientele who have an interest not to disturb the local community. The music is controlled from behind the bar and therefore the music level is monitored.
As agreed with the Principal Environmental Health Officer in letter and fax dated 18 August 2005
o Limit live music in the appointed "music area" every Friday until 00:00.

o Noises generated by regulated entertainment events to be held in any one week.
o Noise generated by regulated entertainment to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive location and/or residential façade.

The staff are well trained not to serve children under 18 and will regularly check for ID. Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the premises.
