  1. No live music shall be provided at the premises;
  2. All doors and windows shall be kept shut when regulated entertainment is taking place;
  3. Notices asking patrons to "please leave quietly" shall be prominently displayed at each exit from the premises;
  4. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 21" scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 21 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 21" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises. The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority. A book, or other form of record, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 21" scheme shall be recorded. The "challenge book", or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
  5. Children under the age of 16 shall only be permitted to the premises when accompanied by an adult and shall not be allowed to remain at the premises after 21:00 hours.
  6. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties
  7. At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV system serving the premises shall be maintained fully operational and in good working order. It shall make and retain clear images of the internal and external areas. The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate time and date that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by a police officer, community support officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. Copies shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  8. Authorised use of the beer garden shall cease at 23:00 hours except for the purpose of smoking only which shall be permitted until the terminal hour in respect of the sale of alcohol.
  9. Customers will not be permitted to take drinks sold in open containers from the premises with the exception of the beer garden. This means that food and drink is not permitted in the beer garden after 23:00 hours.
  10. Amplified sound generated as part of a licensable activity shall only be generated by a sound system that is linked to a noise limitation device that has been calibrated, set to a level that will not result in nuisance being caused to nearby properties and that has been sealed against tampering
  11. The Licence holder shall host meetings every three months with local residents and Ward Councillors to address any concerns raised regarding the use of the premises
  12. On occasions that regulated entertainment is being provided at the premises the side entrance door to the premise that leads out onto Highbanks Close shall be kept closed, but shall continue to be available for emergency escape purposes. This prohibits entry and exit from that door by members of the public.
