  1. All staff will undertake training in their responsibilities in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regard to drunkenness and underage persons.
  2. Prevention of crime & disorder
  3. Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the Police.
  4. CCTV coverage is operated and maintained at the premises, including a suitable export method so that the police can make an evidential copy of the data they require, should the need arise.
  5. Public safety
  6. Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place including fire extinguishers (foam and CO2), fire blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All appliances are inspected annually.
  7. All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
  8. All alcoholic drinks taken onto the cricket field for consumption will not be in glass bottles or glasses.
  9. Prevention of public nuisance
  10. Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have due regard to our neighbours.
  11. There will only be a maximum of 5 evening events per calendar year of a 'party' type event where there is alcohol on sale. This does not include evening events, such as 'gin tasting', 'quiz nights' (for example) where it is considered by the Committee that the event is a low risk of public nuisance.
  12. A record of all evening events, and whether they are considered a high or low risk of public nuisance will be kept with a view to monitoring when the maximum of 5 high risk events is reached. These records will be available for inspection by a Local Authority or Kent Police Officer on request.
  13. Protection of children from harm
  14. Staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for photographic ID to establish proof of age.
