  1. The premises will operate as a restaurant food and drink business.
  2. All on sales of alcohol will only be made to customers seated at tables either waiting to collect takeaway food or eating a meal inside the restaurant.
  3. The prevention of crime and disorder
  4. CCTV will be installed.
  5. A record book will be held at the premises and any incidents of crime and disorder noted.
  6. Public safety
  7. There will be a no smoking policy at the premises.
  8. The prevention of public nuisance
  9. Due to the nature of the business, it is not anticipated that public nuisance issues will arise, but we will work with the appropriate authorities should matters of concern be raised.
  10. The protection of children from harm
  11. Proof of photographic ID will be required for anyone that appears to be underage.
  12. For delivery which includes alcohol, proof of age will also be required at point of delivery to anyone that looks underage. Failure to produce photographic ID will result in the delivery not being made.
