Licence conditions (11)
  1. Alcohol will only be served when patrons purchase a substantial meal.
  2. All sales of alcohol/food will be made by waiter service to the patrons table.
  3. Last orders of alcohol will be taken at 22:30hrs allowing half an hour drinking up time before the premises closes for the day.
  4. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained at the premises covering the entrances of the premises, and recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days and CCTV images shall be retrieved in a digital format and supplied to the Police or responsible authority officer upon reasonable request.
  5. At least one CCTV camera shall be installed by the entrance door that enables face, head and shoulder images of a standard that will enable identification of each person entering and leaving the premises in any lighting condition.
  6. Ensure signage is displayed on the premises reminding customers that CCTV is in operation, or alternatively display (within the public area of the premises) live images of the premises CCTV system, for the purposes of crime prevention.
  7. Training All staff will receive alcohol sales training in their role prior to taking on any role within the business.
  8. This written training is to be recorded and refresher training carried out annually which will also be recorded.
  9. Refusal / incident log Ensure that a refusals record is maintained at the premises and that such a record shall be made immediately available for inspection by the Police or an authorised office of the Local Authority.
  10. Appropriately worded notices to be displayed prominently inside the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
  11. Ensure a Challenge 25 policy is operated at the premises with appropriate signage prominently displayed.
