From May - September some special events and regular Saturday night supper and Sunday Brunch Café opening. Camping barn open daily for use of campers when on site between mid-May and Mid-September. Campers shop open 3pm to 9pm daily when campers on site. Opening hours provided reflect time when barn is open to campers.
Supply of alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises: Mon to Thu 15:00-21:00, Fri and Sat 15:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-21:00
Supply of alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises, other times: Non Standard Timings: No Supply of alcohol in December, January, and February.During March, April, October, and November premises only open for occasional events, a few of which may include supply of alcohol. From May - September regular Saturday night suppers and Sunday Brunch Café and some special events where alcohol will be supplied. Between Monday to Thursday May - September is for off premises sales to campers between 3pm - 9pm daily only.

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
General The overall objective of having a licence for this premises are to: - Enable diners to purchase alcoholic drinks for consumption alongside their meal - Enable campers staying at our adjacent campsite to purchase local wine and beer from our campsite shop for their convenience, given that the nearest shop is 4 miles from the site.
Sale of alcohol for consumption on premises is only available to diners alongside a meal that they are purchasing and will be served to them at their table alongside their meal, or as a pre meal drink.
Sale of alcohol for consumption off premises will only be available to campers staying on our adjacent campsite and available to purchase when our shop is open between 3pm and 9pm daily between May and September.
Staff are trained in safe and responsible sale and service of alcohol, and age restrictions and no staff under the age of 18 years will service alcohol to guess. Prevention of crime and disorder
All diners book in advance for evening meals and special events.
The maximum capacity is 60 people for any event, the arrival and departure time of guests is staggered throughout the evening. Public safety
The Licence holder shall make sure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.
The Licence holder shall make sure that at least one suitably trained first aider will be on duty when the public are present.
The licence holder will ensure that in the absence of adequate daylight suitable and sufficient artificial lighting is provided and maintained in all areas accessible to the public. Emergency lighting will be installed and regularly maintained. Emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. Records of these tests will be made available upon request.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises has a current and satisfactory National Inspection Council (for) Electrical Installation Contracting (N.I.C.E.I.C.) periodic electrical installation report.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises has a current and suitable Public Liability Insurance, a certificate is obtained each year and displayed at the premises. Prevention of public nuisance
The license holder shall ensure all refuse receptacles are emptied daily and cleaned with disinfectant regularly. The premises has a waste collection contract with East Suffolk Council who remove waste fortnightly. Industrial waste storage bins will be used.
The licence holder will ensure customers leave the premises at staggered departure times reducing the noise from departure.
The licence holder shall ensure all external lighting, including floodlighting, are directed away from adjacent occupiers.
The licence holder shall ensure there is adequate parking off the road at the premises, so there is no risk of traffic queues on the highway or parking on the road. Protection of children from harm The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
